The Yogagati program is designed to empower participants from day one. Alongside the practical element of the course, lessons will include a focus on the principles of sequencing, alignment, adjustments and modifications; functional anatomy and physiology; an in-depth consideration of yoga philosophy and what it takes to make a career out of teaching yoga.
Class size is limited to 15 students so you’ll receive more individual feedback and opportunities for questions.
What sets the Yogagati School program apart from other courses is our commitment to leaving behind the one-size-fits-all approach and instead creating a respectful, stimulating and relaxed learning environment that ensures every individual is heard and supported. Students emerge from the Yogagati course with a solid foundation ready to begin their yoga instructor career.
