This experience brings together the traditions of yoga and western contemporary thought, offering a program that is presented in a fun, relaxed and modern environment. We invite students to join us for an intense schedule, offset by hammock time, sunbed studies, and copious dips in the Arabian Sea and sunset sodas.
This course is ideal if you have done quite a bit of yoga and have a basic understanding of what Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga are. If you don't want to become a Yoga Teacher, don't worry as you are still welcome to join this journey.
