

You are invited to connect to your strength, your inner child, each other, and nature through your breath. Your yoga practice will include an energizing, morning yoga sessions led by Jenn, and blissful restorative sessions with aromatherapy in the evenings with Sarah. Individual notebooks are being created for each participant, and creative writing prompts will be delivered daily. Your mat and your page are sacred spaced for you to explore and experience yourselves. Each day you will be nourished by delicious, vegetarian, home cooked, organic meals paired with local wine. All activities are optional, and you will have plenty of free time to explore the gorgeous surroundings steeped in history and beauty. Jenn has been attracted to different types of movement before she found her perfect kind. Jenn discovered yoga through a friend. In yoga, she found a sense of peace and home. She practices ashtanga, vinyasa yoga because it gives her structure and a strong physical practice. She likes the relationship she has built with the set sequence, and the opportunity it gives her to observe her mind, reactions, and patterns in different poses. Jenn would like to challenge people to explore the strength within them, on both the mind and body level. She wants her students to know that they are much stronger than they think, and to take this confidence with them through life.
Sarah-Alexandra Teodorescu
Sarah has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching it for 7 years. She has led retreats in New York, Los Angeles, Norway, Peru, India and Scotland. Sarah creates yoga and writing workshops aimed at helping individuals develop a deeper connection to themselves. She loves giving people the opportunity, to slow down, and to listen to the wisdom of their bodies. She believes in creating space within the mind and body as an invitation for the individual’s innate intuition to rise. Sarah is a firm believer in the human need to feel connected to self, to others and to the world around us. She loves using yoga and writing are practices that can be implemented daily to guide us back to ourselves. You will find Sarah captivated by life stories, in awe of nature, photographing, off on travel adventures, drawn in by history, and fascinated by the human spirit.
Why we chose Lake Garda:
Both Jenn and Sarah share a deep love of nature. They know that to cultivate strength and nurture, nature is the best teacher. Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy and it offers its strength, its beauty and its calm to all who come to its shores.
Jenn has lived in Salò for most of her life. To say that she loves and treasures it would be an understatement. It has everything you need: lake, sun, nature, snow, history, food, and, of course, local wine. Jenn loves to bring people to visit because she is so proud to come from such a magical place. Salò is full of fascinating history, and is the home to the inspirational poet Gabriele D'Annunzio.
Sarah travels the world photographing the limitless beauty found in nature. She is drawn to water for its calm and ability to adapt, and to the trees and the mountains for all their strength. She knows that each place has different lesson to offer, and that Salò and Lake Garda will impart invaluable wisdom. Jenn and Sarah know that Salò will make you feel welcomed, empowered, nurtured, cradled and safe. They can’t wait to share it with you!
What is included in the retreat?
Accommodations, 3 meals per day (light breakfast, full brunch, and dinner paired with wine), all yoga equipment and paddle boards. Please, let us know about any food allergies and we will accommodate them.
Check in is after 2:30pm on the 10th of October.
Check out is at 11:30am on the 14th of October.
*If your flight arrives late on the night of the 9th, you can check into the villa for an extra £50 (this includes a light breakfast). Please, email us if this something you would like to do.

**The villa is about 1.5-2 hours away from the nearest airport (Bergamo, Milan). A shuttle bus that can accommodate up to 4 people can be arranged for pickup for £150. Other optional airports are Verona or Milan. For more info contact Jenn.
Accommodations:
Bequi is a stunning yoga retreat located on the western banks of Lake Garda. The light filled villa overlooks a sweeping garden. From the garden, you have steps that bring you right down to the lake. Located in the garden is the yoga dome where you will experience your daily yoga practice. Large rooms with nature elements offer an oasis of rest and relaxation. The common areas are bright, cheerful, and have massive windows offering a panoramic view of Lake Garda.
