This one-week retreat combines the timeless wisdom of Yoga with variety of personal and spiritual growth tools, supporting a deep self-transformation journey. There will also be plenty of time every day for you to just relax and discover this beautiful island! We are looking forward to this transformational, rejuvenating, and empowering week together!

1st Day Arrival: Arrival is anytime after 14:00. The first yoga practice will start at 18:00.

8:30-10:45 Yoga and Beyond - Transformational Session - Fire
11:00 Delicious brunch of variety of fresh food to rejuvenate our bodies
The major part of the day is free for your own exploration, either to go deeper within or to explore the outer beauty on the island! May it be going to the beach, swimming in the turquoise sea, or relaxing at the retreat site, or exploring the surroundings on the island, discovering beautiful hikes or exploring the magnificent coastline etc.
18:00-19:30 Yoga and Beyond - Transformational Session - Nectar
19:30-20:00 Sunset Meditation and Pranayama
20:00 Delicious dinner from fresh food

8th Day Departure: The morning schedule will be same as the previous days: meditation, tea break and yoga practice. The retreat ends after delicious final day brunch. You are free to explore more on your own if you like!

What is included in the RETREAT Price?
- Accommodation for 7 nights at the retreat center for double occupancy.
- All group sessions for 8 days.
- Daily brunch and dinner at the retreat center. (Monday & Wednesday evening dinners are not included, those nights you are free to explore the island for dinner)
- All yoga materials. However you may prefer to bring your own mat.
