  2. Enter the 8 digit serial number (found beneath the QR code) in the box below.
  3. A "Validated" result shows that your Liforme product is genuine....

Where is my order?

Thanks for your order with Liforme! You can login into your Liforme account to see your order status or click the link in your order confirmation email to view order updates.

We aim to get your Liforme mat to you as quickly as possible! Our warehouse teams process all online orders from Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 1 working day of purchase. Orders placed on a Saturday or a Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day. To ensure delivery within the specified time frame, orders must be placed by 12pm UK time. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier information. If you made a pre-order, please see your order confirmation email for confirmation of when to expect your delivery.
